When applying residence to Japan Immigration Services Agency, the flow of the residence application online API is as shown below.
1.Creating CSV data for application
A CSV data format of the conventional application form as shown below is generated from the data entered in the application form template provided by NICRAS (the residence application management system used by our office).
2.Creating a compressed file for API transmission
The above CSV data with supporting documents, and specified files based on API specifications are compressed into one file.
3.Sending application data via API
The tool of NICRAS electronically authenticate the above file using MynaCard’s electronic certificate and send it to the URL specified in the specifications using API.
4.Request for reception/examination status via confirmation API
This API returns the reception/examination status based on the number returned in step 3 above.
